Every guide is assigned his or her own vehicle. This allows the guide to become very familiar with the vehicle’s idiosyncrasies.

Every vehicle starts its day with a twenty-point inspection. After inspection sheets are turned in, the fleet manager reviews the information.

Any potential problems are handed to the service manager, and then work orders are assigned to the technicians. The service manager completes all follow up to assure the job was completed. Additionally, to meet or exceed our record of safety and security, each and every vehicle is on a stringent preventative maintenance schedule. Every 30 days, each vehicle is pulled “off line” and goes though a rigorous 55-point inspection and regular servicing. Nothing is left to chance!
